12-page writing pack
Free Writing Graphic Organizer Pack
A writing-planning toolkit that moves from simple paragraph structure to genre planning, evidence-based responses, essays, and research notes. The pack is meant to help a writer decide what to say and how ideas relate before drafting—not to force every piece of writing into the same number of boxes.

What is included — and when to use each page
Choose by writing job. Use Four-Square or paragraph planning for one focused response, genre organizers when the assignment changes the structure, CER or text evidence when claims must be supported, and essay/research pages when the task needs several sources or body sections.
How to use this pack without creating worksheet overload
Do not start with the most complex page. Match the organizer to the assignment and the writer's current need. A short response may only need a paragraph planner, while a research essay benefits from separate source notes and an outline.
Move from notes to sentences as soon as the structure is clear. Organizers are prewriting tools; students still need to draft, connect ideas with transitions, revise for clarity, and check whether evidence actually supports the claim.
For repeated classroom use, keep one clean master pack and print selected pages. Individual printable pages on the site include additional variants, guided scaffolds, completed examples, and fill-online tools for the organizers that benefit most from modeling.
